Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Vicki J. Duran, a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience in healthcare, now dedicated to helping women over 50 achieve renewed health and vitality. With a background in nursing and certification in Integrative Health Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, my focus is on guiding women through the life-changing power of healthy eating, movement, and sustainable habits.
My own journey has been shaped by overcoming weight challenges and persistent health struggles, including chronic headaches, depression, bouts of asthma, and ongoing fatigue. These challenges taught me firsthand how powerful the right lifestyle changes can be in transforming not just your weight but your overall health and well-being.
